Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting SiL Candle Atelier.

Because our candles and wax melts are hand-poured in small batches, we take extra care in handcrafting and packaging each piece safely for transit.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During collection launches or holiday seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination. We ship within the United States via UPS.

 Typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days once shipped.

Warm Weather Shipping Advisory:
Because our products are made with natural coconut-soy wax, they are sensitive to extreme heat. During summer or warm months, we package our orders securely to withstand transit. However, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment closely and bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery to prevent melting.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
We pack every ceramic vessel and glass jar with premium protective wrap. If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at silcandleatelier@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
